Q. Have you ever wanted a villain to win at the end of a story? If so, which one??
Once upon a time, I used to be really in love with this little series called WINGS,
I loved the premise of book 1 and the faeries were kinda weird but original nevertheless.
But in books 2 & 3 the series went downfall, seriously, I sometimes don't even remember why I'm even reading this, the main character got so annoying!
I just wish the "bad guys" win this time.
Especially because "the bad guys" are the HUMANS.
And I'm starting to resent the fact that everyone wants to screw the humans just because they are not "special"

PS. I'm noticing that I seem to be upset in all my FF posts, haha oops. :$
Hi Melanie, new follower here for the hop. I loved Wings, and was a little dissapointed with Spells. Haven't read Illusions yet, but I agree with you!
ReplyDeleteHi, I'm Izzy and I'm stopping by for Follow Friday! I agree with you about the Wings series. The first book wasn't really my favorite (though it was okay), but from there it just really went down.

Hi, new follower!
ReplyDeleteIt stinks when you realize that a series has gone downhill but you feel like you MUST keep reading it!
Here's my FF: http://goldiloxandthethreeweres.blogspot.com
Goldilox :)
I hate when a series starts with such promise, but then doesn't deliver. I haven't read Wings, but I've read others where that has happened!

It sucks when the rest of the books aren't as good as the first one. Sometimes hold off reading sequels until some I know tells me whether it's worth my time or not :) Old follower. Here's my FF, if you want to check it out.
