Waiting On Wednesday: Revived by Cat Patrick

is a weekly meme created by Jill in which we showcase our most anticipated books

This week's choice is:
 ReviveD
by Cat Patrick

As a little girl, Daisy Appleby was killed in a school bus crash. Moments after the accident, she was brought back to life.

A secret government agency has developed a drug called Revive that can bring people back from the dead, and Daisy Appleby, a test subject, has been Revived five times in fifteen years. Daisy takes extraordinary risks, knowing that she can beat death, but each new death also means a new name, a new city, and a new life. When she meets Matt McKean, Daisy begins to question the moral implications of Revive, and as she discovers the agency’s true goals, she realizes she’s at the center of something much larger — and more sinister — than she ever imagined.

I loved Cat's debut Forgotten. In fact, me and a friend are obsessed with some parts of it, (like Luke and London's first date *swoon*)

So forgive me if I'm super excited about this one,
On monday, the cover was revealed and oh gosh, isn't it awesome??

I looooove the color, teal is a personal favorite of mine, I have teal shoes and hats and tops and scarves and okay you get it.

And I must admit I was a bit concerned about the cover reveal, because let's face it, the cover of Forgotten ended up being kind of hiddeous, and you can say whatever you want, but covers do play an important part in choosing a book.
But whatevs, what counts it's what's on the inside, and what is on the inside of this book, sounds reaaaally interesting.

Especially because we doctors (okay, doctor in training) try our best to preserve life, but to what point are we willing to go? reviving someone over and over again for God-knows-what?? I would have to think it through to before the book comes out in May next year.
